We all read what Jali said about GI is Laduma & yesterday on Metro, Mellisa Reddy of Kickoff said that what Jali said on Laduma is nothing compared to what he said on the next edition of Kickoff….that makes me wonder of who is guiding him….what is the role of his team or his manager when it comes to those matter of what to say & what not to say….*his mouth is causing him a place in the national team*
Its not only Jali…..rumour is that Dareen Keet also said *I don’t care* to GI, reports about the divisions that Teko is causing at every team that he is at, Mabuti Khanyeza, Jabu pule & many others. Is it the team which must guide these players or their agents? What is the role of the media in this?

According to some this absolutely ok for Jali to speak like that just beacuse he was overlooked. Who said he has a God given right to be selected to the national team? I`m no coach but I`ve heard time and time again that when it comes to the national team coaches select players that will fit into their plans. We all know AJ is a good player but does he fit into GI`s plans?
Permalink Reply by Thamie_Durban on March 15, 2013 at 11:53 Mokone I do not blame Jali for making his feelings known, he is not a hypocrite, unlike GI who has not come clear of why he is not picking Jali, in spite of his obvious talent.
GI did not select Jali from his very first squad long before Jali commented. Whatever comments he has made subsequently had nothing to do with not being picked. Other players went as far as saying they do not want to be picked by GI, but he went and had coffee with them, how do you explain the non-selection away by attributing it to Jali's comments??????
To me if you're a national team coach and you are guided by the papers in selecting players, you don't deserve that position in the first place. The national team of any country is supposed to be where each position is manned by the best player who is a national of that country- all other issues are mere distractants. Whether a player says "I will never play for the national team" or not, it's your duty to clarify that with him. Gordon is just being gay.

Somebody just reminded me that GI is a divocee...
Hehehe, not to laugh but maybe Gordon whines a little too much.
