Permalink Reply by Lwazi on December 3, 2012 at 11:45 Hehehehehehehehe defensive approach. Maybe you should have used "failing"
Permalink Reply by The Emperor on December 3, 2012 at 11:50 Being loaned out to a smaller team. Not scoring a single league goal in over a year, sitting on the bench for a team you were loaned out to, being left out of an 18-man squad for 2 matches.
Permalink Reply by RISKIN on December 3, 2012 at 11:52 has he been playing for that time he has not scored a goal?
Permalink Reply by The Emperor on December 3, 2012 at 12:08 not playing is also failing. Thamsanqa Sangweni is failing at Sundowns.
Hehehehe Robin Johannes is also failing at Pirates
Permalink Reply by Ombudsman on December 3, 2012 at 11:52 failure is not archiving what you want to...
We failed to win the TKO cup, that is failure....
Permalink Reply by RISKIN on December 3, 2012 at 12:17 Stonza you have given me examples of failure, but how can you be siad to have failed when you are still trying.
Failure is when you give up trying, that is how I see it.

Poor Musona, how do we expect him to score if he can make the bench?
Musona went there too soon, but we can't blame him, we was sold and bought...the seller saw an opportunity to cash in and the unsuspecting purchaser took an un-calculated risk, the result hurt Musona more than anyone.
This may prove that maybe, just maybe Musona was one season wonder or he was good enough in the PSL but not average at Bundesliga.
Permalink Reply by Fafalaza on December 3, 2012 at 12:21 Inconsistency!
Form is fleeting, only class is permanent!
If you recall, the very same Musona struggled to score upon returning from the Xmas break in his final season at Naturena and pretty much earned that move based on his blitzkrieg performance in the first round. Some of us were called names here when we predicted exactly this; we were told he is more than ready as they went and interviewed everyone in that wunderkind's hometown
Now we are being asked to relook the definition of failure! It is the opposite of success and certainly, for a striker, Hoffenheim haven't seen that with their acquisition, whichever way one looks at it.
Two questions;
1) Is this a reflection on the standard of our PSL or rather our defenders (incl goalkeepers) OR
2) Are strikers imported from Naturena jinxed once they try their luck overseas a la Mbesuma?
Permalink Reply by The Emperor on December 3, 2012 at 12:27 Some players are just good in the PSL.
Permalink Reply by Psalm 23 (God Servant) on December 3, 2012 at 12:28 Let me just shoot straight to answers Faz:
1) Is this a reflection on the standard of our PSL or rather our defenders (incl goalkeepers)= YES eg Azwindini Maphaha (Black Leopards keepr), K Ritche (Chiefs left back), very weak but highly overrated.
2) Are strikers imported from Naturena jinxed once they try their luck overseas a la Mbesuma? = YES..but they always make a killing in their sales, the motto, "As long as Chiefs suffer after your departure, so is your career where you go"
Summary
Chiefs is just an overrated brand. It is actually an overrated version of Black Leopards. The sooner we realize this the better.
